ABC Energy Watch provides a professional, efficient service to obtain Energy Performance Certificates for all your properties. Whether you require an EPC for a property that you are renting or need to add one to a Home Information Pack, ABC Energy Watch can provide the EPC with the minimum of disruption to you and your clients, at a competitive cost.
An EPC can only be carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). All our DEA's are qualified, accredited with BRE and have untaken a Criminal Record Bureau check, so you can be sure the individual visiting your property is professional, trustworthy and honest. Each DEA will carry an ID card with a photograph, which confirms their identity and qualification.
The EPC can seem like yet another cost in the housing market at a time when cash flow is already tight. At ABC Energy Watch we believe in keeping our costs to a minimum to enable us to provide a competitive pricing structure which is based on the size and location of your property.
Prices start from as little as £55 for a small local property with discounts available for multiple property instructions, and properties in the same area.
